RAS Relationship Management Services provides a single point of contact to
agencies, brokers, and distributors to better manage their vendor services.  Our role
is to strengthen the relationship between the customer and the supplier by working
collaboratively with the provider as the outsourced customer care advocate.  

Our Customer Care Associates will provide complete case management from point of
sale to policy issue.  We will work with your suppliers to resolve any issues and monitor
ongoing performance.  Should a change in vendors be necessary, we will be able to
implement the change quickly and seamlessly.
